Turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie.. my mouth is watering just thinking about Thanksgiving dinner! I am so excited to get together with family this week and enjoy some down time. Sometimes life gets so hectic I forget to slow down and enjoy each moment.

We’ll be heading to my sister-in-law’s for the day and while I’m still not sure what I’ll be wearing, this comfy look would be perfect if you’re keeping it super casual. The turtle neck sweater is so cozy and forgiving if you decide to overindulge a bit (raises both hands). I could seriously eat mashed potatoes all day every day! YUM! And the OTK boots add a little something-something to what otherwise would be a simple outfit.

This Thanksgiving I have lots to be grateful for. So much good came out of this year but at the same time it’s been a year of so much change. My hubby, for one, has been such a rockstar. I truly find myself thanking God every day I landed such a stud. It makes navigating life a bit easier when you have a good person by your side.

I was also reminded (like I could forget!) of what incredible family and friends I have when I headed to Arizona and Nashville last month. Living away from my peeps will always be a struggle for me so going back home was definitely good for the soul.

December will mark two years of blogging! And that means I owe a huge thank you to so many of you who have been reading my posts since day one! I’m very grateful you’ve stuck around and hit that “like” button or “heart” on the gram’ to let me know you’re there. Each year this little space of mine tends to grow a little more to fit my ever-evolving style and personal life. I’m hoping next year brings a set schedule where I post more regularly! Goals!!!
