If you’re anything like me, motivation to get to the gym is not only welcomed, it’s necessary. I’m no expert or avid gym-goer, but like most things, for me getting to the gym is mind over matter. I’ve learned to just push through the “I don’t want to go” thoughts and look at it as part of my day rather than a chore. Inevitably, there are still days when jury duty sounds a lot more appealing than hitting the gym but for those days, we’ve got great music.
Something that really helps motivate me is starting my playlist while I’m getting ready. Music is a big part of my life and crucial when I’m working out – I need the right songs to get me through tough workouts!
