I’ve been so excited to share my sparkling strawberry two-ingredient mocktail recipe since I first mixed it up about five months ago! It’s the easiest thing to make, it’s so tasty and I’ve been drinking it for all the special occasions throughout my pregnancy. Sometimes it’s just nice to feel included with a super cute pink drink in your hand – and also have the benefit of no hangover! I even got my husband hooked on it since he’s not a drinker!
My search for a great mocktail started pretty early on in my pregnancy. I tried lots of non-alcoholic options and settled on champagne being the best, mojitos being a close second (depending on who’s making it). One day I was browsing the sparkling soda section at Trader Joe’s and came across a cute little package with strawberries on it. Intrigued, I took it home and this sparkling mocktail was born.

WHAT I’M WEARING
Sparkling Strawberry Two-Ingredient Mocktail Recipe
Pour 2/3 chilled non-alcoholic champagne and 1/3 chilled rhubarb & strawberry soda into a champagne glass.
*Garnish with a strawberry or seasonal fruit if you wish.
Pretty simple right? Before pregnancy my go-to’s were red wine and rosé so I wanted to find something that still gave me the feeling I was enjoying an old favorite. While this mocktail is nothing like red wine, it does give a subtle nod to sparkling rosé, especially with the color and bubbles, so it does the trick! Plus I love that it’s festive and actually quite refreshing.
If you have any mocktail recipes that are not too sweet and are super tasty, share them below! And if you give this a try, definitely let me know too! I’d love to hear what you think!
